Business Associate Agreement

Avora enters into a Business Associate Agreement with covered entities and their business associates, as required by HIPAA, governing how protected health information is handled in the course of providing the platform.

Where a BAA has been executed between Avora and a client, that agreement governs the exchange of protected health information between the parties.
